It was not until the spring of 2019 that the Avova GmbH plant in Blaubeurer Straße in Ulm started production of its new child seats. They supply the specialist shops in Germany with fresh and innovative developments.

The founders of Avova attach great importance to the traditional values of the middle class. These include Reliability, highest quality standards, commitment, customer proximity. Manfred Held, Managing Director of Avova GmbH, says: “We at Avova only develop child seats that comply with the current European safety standard UN ECE R-129. This means that all our child seats meet the most modern and stringent test criteria.”

Made in Germany

In combination with decades of experience in the development of child car seats, Avova is committed to “Made in Germany“. “We want to achieve something meaningful,” Manfred Held continues. “And this is how we understand our mission: Having a family should be more fun rather than less worrying. It’s all about trust, reliability, safety, both in technology and as a feeling. If families can be happy to be on the road without having to worry, then we have done something right.”

Three different child seat models

Avova starts with 3 child seats. One is the combination seat Avova Sperling-Fix, which is suitable for toddlers and older children. And on the other hand with 2 booster seats, the Avova Star-Fix and the Avova Star. So two Isofix boosters, as the name suggests, and a seat for vehicles without Isofix, which is suitable for installation with the 3-point belt of the car. Seats and shells for toddlers and babies will follow.
