The child seat and pram manufacturer Maxi-Cosi has developed its own app to strengthen the stationary specialist trade. The digital tool enables specialist dealers to call up all information on the entire Maxi-Cosi range using a smart terminal device.

The Maxi-Cosi App contains all important information for the dealer. This enables the dealer, for example, to quickly access the vehicle type list during a sales talk and thus check whether the installation of a particular child seat in the customer’s car model has already been tested and whether the seat basically fits into the car.

Visual explanation

Videos should also provide a visual explanation for complex products, regardless of whether they are a product in need of explanation or an innovative Maxi-Cosi technology. The basic idea is to use the app to build a bridge between online research and offline shopping. The sales staff can use the information contained in the app to increase and refresh product knowledge. Furthermore, the app enables the customer to shorten the waiting time for the next sales consultant. The Maxi-Cosi dealer app “Maxi-Cosi Product World” is available for iOS and Android smartphones.

Maxi-Cosi app combines

“Online and offline interlock and increasingly complement each other during the decision-making and purchasing process of our consumers. Parents want to experience our brands on all channels and be able to access all information at any time and any place. The new Maxi-Cosi App provides the stationary specialist trade with a digital tool that combines both and creates real added value for both the store staff and the customers in the on-site sales talk,” explains Michael Neumann, Managing Director Dorel Northern Europe.
