s.Oliver has entered into a rather unusual collaboration for the fashion industry with he publishing house Carlsen for the children’s book series Pixi. The s.Oliver Pixi book will be published from August 2018. The Content in the Pixi books should also refer to the new s.Oliver Junior items.

“The s.Oliver Pixi books are supposed to be a nice little present for children who visit our store together with their parents. A nice give-away that connects the youngest with the s.Oliver brand in a positive way,” says the fashion company s.Oliver.

Fashion and reading fun in one

In collaboration with the Pixi author Corinna Fuchs and the illustrator Sebastian Coenen, stories on the subject of clothing are created at two-monthly intervals. The first issue entitled “Schulanfang und Supersachen” will be available free of charge in all s.Oliver retail and franchise stores and at selected wholesale partners (with or without s.Oliver Junior areas). The stores can then order the other issues for a fee. For online orders, the Pixi books will be sent as inserts in parcels.

Kooperation zwischen s.Oliver und dem Carlsen Verlag

Besides the idea to give the Pixi book to the little s.Oliver visitors, the children should be carried away by the cheeky main character Fritzi, so that the parents can shop in peace. In each issue, s.Oliver Junior items are also integrated into the stories. Lilli’s glitter shirt or Fritzi’s space bedding, for instance, can be re-shopped directly in “Schulanfang und Supersachen”.

Kick-Off campaign

From 14 to 15 September, there will be a kick-off event at the Würzburg flagship store to mark the start of the cooperation. A s.Oliver seamstress will embroider Pixi book bags with names or initials.
