Fashion label limango grows with lamino

The well-known online shop limango will launch its own children’s fashion line with the brand name “lamino”. The collection includes over 280 pieces, including shoes, indoor clothes, and outdoor wear for babies and children from 0 to 8 years. These will appear for the first time in campaigns that change weekly, and they will be available via the online shop

limango is an online retailer for families in Germany. For over 10 years, the brand has supplied its target group with offers including baby and children’s clothing, fashion and shoes, cosmetics, outdoor and sports products, and interior design. limango has been part of the Otto Group since 2009, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the myToys Group since 2013.

“I’ve wanted for a long time to design our own children’s fashion brand, which meets our high quality requirements and is attractive for every budget. When the company management spoke about it in more concrete terms a year ago, we put our words into action,” says limango founder and CEO Martin Oppenrieder.

Children’s fashion for every occasion

Limango’s extensive experience with brand actions has contributed its own brand concept. In addition to designing a modern, colourful, and detailed collection, the company also wanted to focus on functionality. The result is a collection of child-friendly items that can cope with any everyday situation.

Children can look forward to motifs in the form of animals, ships, stripes, and dots. For girls and boys, there will be 28 leather shoe designs in sizes 28-35. The youngest have not been forgotten. There will also be baby clothes and leather crawling shoes for babies.

An additional bonus: the individual looks of the collection can easily be combined with each other.

Focus on sustainability

Eco-textiles have been used to produce the collections from the house brand lamino. Many pieces are made of 100% GOTs-certified cotton. The other items are certified by Oeko-Tex.

According to Martin Oppenrieder, customers can look forward to new designs and an expansion of the lamino product line. In the future, the children’s clothing range will be extended to suit families with children up to 12 years of age.
