She has a great passion for the Lego brand and I am confident that with her strong focus on innovation, her quest for open and honest feedback and her openness to new challenges she fits perfectly into the Lego culture. With a lot of leadership experience, she leads teams with great passion and humor. We look forward to working with Karen to enable children and parents to continue creative Lego experiences.”
