Stokke wins the prestigious “Red Dot” award for outstanding product design for the fourth year running. This year, the jury were won over by the product concept: The Stokke ™ Home Nursery.

The concept behind the product follows the modular system principle, whereby the individual modules can be continually rearranged and regrouped. The Stokke® Home ™ comprises a cradle, a bed, a dresser, and a changing table, which can be flexibly attached to the respective frames of the other modules. The Stokke product concept won out against 5,000 contestants from over 50 countries worldwide. The Red Dot Award is considered the most recognized and international product design competition in the world. The decision of the 40-member jury was based on the criteria of innovation, quality, functionality, and ecological compatibility.

Stokke, a Norwegian company, is renowned for its Tripp Trapp high chair, which has sold more than 9 million units to date. In the last three years, it received the Red Dot award for its MyCarrier baby carrier, the Crusi pushchair, and the Steps high chair for babies.
