Yporqué announces three exciting pieces of news. At Playtime Berlin, the fashion label will present its spring/summer 2018 collection with the motto “don’t forget to play”. Remaining true to the brand’s philosophy, the collection seeks to bring more fun and joy into the lives of little ones. Thanks to a licence with the Smiley Official brand, Yporqué has already brought a capsule collection to market. This collection features the classic smiley emoji on the clothes, and will also be available to see at Playtime Berlin.

With the motto “don’t forget to splash”, the brand presents its new swimming line, which was developed in collaboration with the Guillermina Baeza label. In this collection, the little ones get the chance to become superheroes. The swimwear collection offers kids the opportunity to combine swimming fun with heroic deeds. The Yporqué brand makes it possible, using material to transform kids into heroes.

Designed for kids

 Yporqué was founded in Barcelona in 2007 by three women with different backgrounds. Their combined expertise covers the subject areas of design, advertising, and psychology. These three themes form the basis of the fashion label Yporqué.

The brand’s creativity can be found in every piece of clothing. It is not only reflected in the colours and images, but also in the patterns, which are specially optimised for each piece. The newly created design of the garments is intended to add value for the children wearing them.

To be a superhero

Children are always enthusiastic about superheroes and wild animals. The Yporqué label grants the wish of all children, which is to dress up not just for special occasions, but also in everyday life. At the same time, the clothes are intended to stimulate the children’s senses with integrated sounds, textures, games, or glow-in-the-dark images. The Yporqué brand’s “stars” include stimulating T-shirts that captivate children with sounds and exciting textures. The creative hoodies of the “Ready-to-Play” collection feature a mask on the back of the hood, transforming the child into a superhero or a wild animal.

Of course, comfort should not be ignored. That’s why the label pays attention to the functionality of all its designs. In this, the label is guided by the motto: if you call for children to play and have fun, you should also design clothes suitable for children’s capers.

Stars love the “Star” collection

Celebrities Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem dress their son Leo in Yporqué clothes. The celebrity parents particularly love the T-shirts with sound features.
