Supreme Kids shows a healthy continuity
From 26 to 28 January 2018,150 exhibitors with over 650 collections presented themselves at the Supreme Kids in the MTC world of fashion. Moreover, the Luna Journal Business Talk invited for the third time to a panel discussion. According to the organizer, the children’s fashion fair showed healthy continuity again this year and would grow from year to year.
For the first time at the Supreme Kids: Guess, Bembi, Seltex Kanic, Didriksons, Crush Denim, Steiff, Ewers, Someone-Kids, Elaa & Monster, Kiestone, Shoe.E.B.76, Unisa and Camper.
“We are on the Supreme Kids for the first time with the Kidiliz Group and our license Esprit Kids. The visitor frequency is very satisfactory after the first day”, Vera Steffen, Head of Marketing of the Kidiliz Group.
In addition to the new exhibitors, well-known brands such as Naturino, Tom Joule, Sanetta and Sigikid were also represented.
Dr. Steffen Ammann from the Sanetta Group: “We are very satisfied and have a lot of work to do since this morning. In addition to national customers, we also meet buyers from Austria and Switzerland. The Supreme Kids has earned the place as a supraregional German platform to be traded.”
“Overall, we have made a good start. The hoped-for audience was there and it was also very enthusiastic about our new collection. We are very satisfied with the number of visitors,” Benjamin Baumann, Customer Care from Naturino.
“Over the years, Munich has established itself as the largest and most important order fair in the children’s fashion segment for exhibitors and buyers. This is reflected in particular in the high demand for exhibitors and the rising number of visitors. Almost all the exhibitors have already made reservations or confirmed their participation at the summer fair from 13-15 July 2018,” project manager of Supreme Kids – Sybille Mutschler.
The Supreme Group: “As organizers, it is important for us to offer children’s fashion manufacturers, agencies, wholesalers and retailers and buyers a meeting point for meetings, exchanges and talking shop. It is particularly gratifying that the Luna Business Talk once again provided a perfect platform for this.”
Last January, the Luna Journal Business Talk entered its third round. For example, representatives of trade agencies and manufacturers discussed the topic “Where are the opportunities and challenges in children’s fashion in Germany in 2018″ at the opening of the Catering Lounge on Friday, 26 January 2018. The participants in the business talk were Andreas Graf, Business Unit Manager Fashion at Steiff, Daniela Müller from the International Children’s Fashion Agency Daniela M. Müller and Ntola Obazee from Tom Joule. In addition, Dr. Lehnhardt, owner of the “Schuhingstar” store, enriched the talk with suggestions for a better shopping experience in the stationary retail trade. The talk was chaired by Uli Morant, editor-in-chief of the Luna Journal and Luna Magazine of the publishing house Luna Media.
